A few weeks ago, we held a conference between Pick & Pack and the IT department at the building Ciudad del Conocimiento, Dos Hermanas.

Luis Jiménez, the Chief Executive Officer of Pick & Pack, shared the company’s business project for the next 4 years and outlined our medium and long-term objectives. He emphasized that the IT department is a key ally for the business’s development.

Agustín Rodriguez, IT Director, explained the department’s structure, its organization, and how our goals align with theirs. Additionally, he discussed the improvements being implemented in the IT department and the ongoing projects they are working on.

Following Luis and Agustín’s presentations, we engaged in a group discussion where we presented the needs of both parties in order to establish commitments and align ourselves.

We are confident that this gathering has had a positive impact on all of us, helping to strengthen the team’s bond and satisfaction.
