At Pick&Pack, we are delighted to share an important milestone in our journey: the opening of our new warehouse in Barcelona. This step is part of our growth strategy in Spain and reinforces our commitment to providing increasingly efficient logistics services to European manufacturers and distributors.
The new platform is located in Sant Fost de Campsentelles, in the Vallés region, just 18 kilometres from Barcelona city centre. From this strategic location, we will be able to offer 24-hour deliveries across Spain and up to three daily delivery routes within the region, significantly improving our responsiveness and service capacity.
A further step in our expansion in Spain
The opening of this warehouse is part of our expansion plan for 2026, aimed at strengthening our presence in the Spanish market and continuing our growth, particularly in the Catalonia region.
With this new platform, we consolidate our proprietary logistics network with key locations in Madrid and Barcelona, two of the country’s main industrial hubs. This development reinforces our positioning as a specialised industrial 3PL logistics provider, designed to help B2B manufacturers and distributors enhance their competitiveness without the need to invest in their own logistics infrastructure.
A modern, flexible warehouse ready to grow
Our new facility offers 5,934 m² within a recently built warehouse located in a secure, gated complex with surveillance, ensuring safety and full operational control.
The facility is equipped with:
- Loading docks
- Ground-level access ramps
- Large manoeuvring yards
- More than 1,900 m² of office space
In addition, its direct connection to Barcelona’s main access routes and national transport networks allows us to ensure operational efficiency and agility in outbound logistics.
A flexible and efficient logistics model
The platform has been designed with a flexible operational model, allowing us to adapt to a wide range of logistics needs.
The space is divided into:
- 50% racking and shelving systems
- 50% pallet storage
This configuration enables us to adapt to different product types and optimise space according to each client’s actual volume, ensuring responsiveness during demand peaks.
To manage operations, we rely on our proprietary Warehouse Management System (WMS), developed internally. This system provides full traceability and real-time operational control. Thanks to it, we maintain a 99% inventory accuracy, ensuring operational stability and reliability for our clients.
Designed for European manufacturers and distributors
This new logistics centre is particularly focused on European manufacturers and distributors looking to position their stock in Spain.
Currently, many companies operate with delivery lead times of four to seven days from origin, which limits their competitiveness. With our logistics model, we offer a more efficient alternative that allows companies to operate in the Spanish market with:
- Standard deliveries within 24–48 hours
- Same-day delivery options
- Up to three daily delivery routes within the region
- Direct counter collection
All of this without the need to establish a local subsidiary or invest in their own facilities, transforming fixed costs into variable ones and adapting space and resources to the real level of activity.
