Here is a summary of the most important measures:
- Prohibition of driver participation in loading and unloading operations with a few exceptions: removals, tankers, cranes… for which the service will have to be itemised on the invoice.
- Waiting times are reduced by half, after which the haulier will be entitled to compensation.
- Mandatory incorporation of the diesel price stabilisation clause in transport contracts.
- No tolls will be introduced for heavy goods vehicles without the consensus of the CNTC
